A bartender told responding officers that Majkowski, 61, and another man began pushing each other the night of on Aug. 29 and when staff tried to separate the two, Majkowski grabbed one of the employees by the throat leaving a red mark.

Officers were dispatched to the scene just after 11 p.m., where they found Majkowski just outside the bar and “extremely intoxicated.”

Unable to operate his phone to call for a ride, Majkowski was driven by one of the officers to the Best Western hotel where he said he was staying. A few minutes later, the officer received a call from Best Western saying Majkowski did not have a room with the hotel.

Officers pick Majkowski up again and brought him to another Best Western, according to the report.
