Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is starting a new adventure, and he's bringing his community along for the ride.
The Buffalo Bills are all smiles going into their 2025-26 season, and that’s especially true of their high-profile, MVP-winning quarterback, Josh Allen. As the new season begins, Allen and the Bills are considered one of the NFL favorites to go all the way, and it would be a thrill to see that happen. While the Bills have been strong for several years now, there’s something different, in a good way, about this season.
Along with a new season comes new deals with players and their favorite brands. Allen is one of the most sought-after NFL players this season, so he has a bevy of partnerships with different brands in place.
When Buffalo Bills enthusiasts watch Allen on and off the field this season, they’re going to see a new look for him. Notably, viewers will want to look at the sneakers that he’s wearing.
Buffalo Bills Quarterback Josh Allen Releases Statement on New Partnership
Josh Allen is joining the New Balance family. In a letter to his hometown of Firebaugh, California, he talks about how important that place is to him and shares his new venture with that hometown.
“Firebaugh didn’t have quarterback camps or private trainers. We had heart. We had community,” he said in the open letter about the New Balance news. “And I wouldn’t trade that for anything.”
Allen also says that his MVP award isn’t just for him. It’s for his entire Firebaugh community and family.
“That’s why it feels right to share this next chapter with you,” he adds. “I’m proud to share that I’ve joined the New Balance family, a brand that, like Firebaugh, is built on family, community and authenticity.” He continues, “My parents, the greatest role models I could ask for, built their lives on those principles and raised my siblings and me the same way. So, when New Balance asked me to come on board, it felt like coming home.”
Allen also announced that he and New Balance are “making a commitment to Firebaugh to help fund its community sports program in the hopes of providing access to sports, regardless of ability to pay, to help young athletes access sports and chase their dreams. Whether you’re a kid just picking up a football for the first time or a high schooler grinding through two-a-days, we’re here for you, cheering you on from afar, from Boston, to Buffalo, to Firebaugh.”
More Props to Josh Allen
In other news, the NFL has unveiled their tally of the best players in the league, and Allen has a great spot and sits in the top 10. He’s No. 3, so Michael Baca of the NFL’s website has Allen in his top 10 players in the league, counting all positions. He even beats out Patrick Mahomes, who’s No. 5.
But, he’s not the best quarterback in the league on this roster. Jackson is ranked the No. 2 best place in the NFL this season, so he’s one point above Allen.
Either way, Allen is a winner and obviously holds the MVP honors. His New Balance partnership shows that he’s using his success to help others, too.
