**Are David Sullivan and Karen Brady’s positions becoming untenable?**
West Ham’s official club fan advisory board have submitted a vote of no confidence in the current ownership.
The FAB is the official channel for fan communication with the board, but they’re an independent group. They represent over 25,000 Hammers and have done some great work already.
While their letter doesn’t say it quite as plainly as this, the West Ham we love is dying. This is not just about performances on the pitch, this is about the soul and essence of West Ham United.
Selling our home, replacing it with a stadium we don’t own and one that’s not suitable for football, not investing properly in the team, not investing in a manager, not capitalising on an opportunity to progress, constant deflecting, lies – it’s all gotten too much.
Although the letter of no confidence can’t force anything, it does add pressure onto owners who must surely be finding it difficult to associate with the club. With protests planned that could directly affect their pockets, the optimist in me hopes that this could be the catalyst for change.
