Daniel Farke will be determined to return to winning ways after the season's first international break. Leeds United enjoyed a great start to the new Premier League season, storming past Everton at Elland Road.
The following weekend, Arsenal stuck five past the Whites, at the Emirates Stadium. Leeds then had the chance to bounce back against Sheffield Wednesday a few days later, but they crashed out of the Carabao Cup second round on penalties.
The disappointment at Hillsborough spurred Farke's side on when they hosted Newcastle United. They managed to hold the Magpies to a goalless draw, keeping their second clean sheet of the season.
The Whites will be hoping they can pick up from where they left off when they lock horns with Fulham at Craven Cottage after the international break. So, with that being said, Leeds Live has rounded up the latest news coming out of Elland Road;

French giants eye move for Leeds hero
According to GOAL, Olympique Lyonnais has shortlisted Kalvin Phillips and Nico O'Reilly as possible targets ahead of the January transfer window.
The report argues that the French giants have established a 'working relationship' with Manchester City following the transfer of Rayan Cherki. It's said that Lyon are hopeful of striking a deal for the duo in the winter.
GOAL reckons that Josh Wilson-Esbrand is, also, on the Ligue 1 outfit's radar. Phillips has faced an uncertain future for a while now, having failed to impress since leaving Leeds in July 2022.
Leeds Live says: "This would be a great move for Kalvin Phillips. If it turns out that he's prepared to take a pay cut and join Lyon, then Leeds should be all over this."
New Leeds signing reveals dressing room mood
Jaka Bijol has insisted that the Leeds square are 'full of confidence' - despite an up and down start to the season. Speaking to Slovenian outlet Planet Nogomet, the Slovenian centre-half, who joined Farke's side from Udinese in June, shared the dressing room's mood after deadline day.
"All the guys are full of confidence, also because of our previous achievements," said Bijol. "We know we can play with anyone. We are ready for a tough opponent.
"If we help each other, we are confident we can stop them."
Leeds Live says: "It's become increasingly difficult now for promoted clubs to establish themselves in the Premier League these days. So often we see teams go down as soon as they come up. But this season could be different. I think at least one of the newly-promoted sides stays up."
Onuoha and Stelling agree on Leeds transfer
Nedum Onuoha and Jeff Stelling have hailed the signing of Sean Longstaff. Speaking on James Allcott's YouTube channel, the former Premier League defender said: "I think that’s sneaky good signing - somebody we've seen do well in the Premier League before and to get him for £12million."
Meanwhile, Stelling also recently told talkSPORT: "I can't get excited over any of their signings. Leeds United. I just don't know who is going to score the goals for them... I can't get excited over James Justin, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Noah Okafor and so on.
"For me, they needed strikers they could rely on to get goals. Calvert-Lewin, you can't rely on. Sean Longstaff will do a good job in the middle of the park. I'm pretty sure of that. But I worry for Leeds."
Leeds Live says: "I worry for Leeds too, but I genuinely think there's space for at least one of the newly-promoted teams to stay up this season. Leeds have a few nice matches coming up - so it's crucial they hit the ground running after the international break."
