**Lewis Orford has spent time working with the England senior team, with ExWHUEmployee sharing information on training this week.**
Many players are currently away working with their respective national sides during the international break, with England set to face Andorra later today at Villa Park in a World Cup 2026 qualifier.
Lewis Orford, who is currently on a season long loan at Stevenage, is also away with the England U21 side, however he was asked to train with the senior team this week.
Reporting on The West Ham Way Patreon, our club insider Ex advised that Orford was mentored by former captain and Academy graduate Declan Rice.
“We have been asked quite a few times whether Lewis Orford trained with the England first team this week,” stated Ex. “We can confirm that this is true he and Zach Abbott of Forest were invited up to train with the seniors.
“It was apparently a great experience for him and Declan Rice did a lot to mentor and work with him during the session.”
