Browns reach agreement to sign Quinshon Judkins in 4-year, $11.4M deal amid NFL investigation: ESPN

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Cleveland Browns have signed second-round pick Quinshon Judkins in a four-year, $11.4 million deal on Saturday, ESPN reported.

Judkins was a 2nd-round pick (36th overall) from Ohio State and the last Browns rookie to be signed.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Judkins will be flying into Cleveland before 4 p.m. to sign with the Browns.

Judkins was arrested July 12 on a misdemeanor domestic assault charge in Florida, but prosecutors declined to move forward with the case on Aug. 14.

While Judkins remains under investigation by the NFL, it is still unclear when he will make his debut.

The Browns will face the Cincinnati Bengals in their home opener Saturday at 1 p.m.
