Manchester United and Trabzonspor have reportedly come to an agreement over a loan deal for Andre Onana.
The Cameroon international started the 2025-26 campaign as Man United's number two goalkeeper, with Altay Bayindir given the nod against Arsenal on the opening weekend of the Premier League season.
Onana did start against Grimsby Town in the EFL Cup, but Bayindir has also been between the sticks for the league games with Fulham and Burnley, with the former dropping down the pecking order.
The 20-time English champions secured a deal for Senne Lammens on transfer deadline day, with the Belgian goalkeeper arriving from Royal Antwerp, and the expectation is that he will be Man United's number one sooner rather than later.
Onana, in theory, has dropped to number three at Old Trafford, and there has been a host of speculation surrounding his future of late, with clubs from Turkey and Saudi Arabia said to be interested.

Man United, Trabzonspor 'reach agreement' over Onana loan
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Man United and Trabzonspor have now come to an agreement over a loan deal, with Onana in line to spend the 2025-26 campaign with the Turkish giants.
However, Onana still needs to give the green light before a move can be completed.
Trabzonspor finished seventh in Turkey's Super Lig last season, but they are seven-time Super Lig champions, last lifting the league trophy at the end of the 2021-22 campaign.
The Claret-Blues have made a strong start to the 2025-26 campaign, picking up 10 points from their four league matches, which has left them second in the table, two points behind the leaders Galatasaray.
Trabzonspor have allegedly made it clear to Onana, who is currently away on international duty with Cameroon, that he would be their number one goalkeeper despite his struggles over the last couple of seasons.

Is there a way back for Onana at Man United?
In truth, it is difficult to imagine Onana playing for Man United again.
The Cameroonian has made a string of high-profile errors during his two seasons in Manchester, and it was a major call for head coach Ruben Amorim to start the campaign with Bayindir between the sticks.
In fairness, Bayindir has not convinced either, with the club making the decision to bring in Lammens, and the Red Devils are hopeful that the 23-year-old will develop into one of the best goalkeepers in the world.
It is ultimately up to Onana, who still has interest from the Saudi Pro League, but Amorim has made it clear that the goalkeeper is not in his plans, and he needs to move on this month for the sake of his career.
