The Croatian midfielder has missed the start of the 2025/26 season through injury.
While he’s not been able to help Pep Guardiola’s team on the pitch in recent weeks, he took this rare opportunity to fly over to the US and meet our loyal stateside supporters including members of our local Official Supporters Club branches.

Setting up at PUMA’s flagship store on the iconic Fifth Avenue, Kovacic took selfies and signed autographs as fans queued around the block for the chance to meet our No.8.
Moonchester and a local DJ also kept the party going in store and while fans waited outside.
Kovacic was decked out in the 2025/26 PUMA Home kit, but fans also turned up wearing the new Away kit and Third kit for this term.
All three kits are available to purchase now, with the Home kit sporting the iconic sash we’ve made famous on previous away days.
The Away kit is a tribute to our oldest known away kit from 1884 while the Third kit has rain drop elements that prove we’re ready to play come rain or shine.
