After just three games, Jack Grealish has proven his doubters wrong at Everton, including Simon Jordan.
There was mixed debate over Grealish’s expensive loan deal from Man City to Everton this summer, but so far it’s worked to a tee.
Four assists in two starts has proven that all the winger needed was a bit of freedom under David Moyes to find his spark again.
Jamie Redknapp thinks Grealish is the most ‘underrated signing’ as the 29-year-old might have found his calling again on Merseyside.
It’s a move that’s working out superbly, and pundit and former Crystal Palace chairman Jordan has been left with egg on his face.

Simon Jordan said Jack Grealish’s loan move to Everton had ‘jeopardy written all over it’
The winger had a tough time of it in his final few seasons in Manchester as he ultimately couldn’t live up to the £100 million price tag.
Nevertheless, Grealish is giving it one more push in his prime to secure a spot in the England squad for the World Cup, and he’s going the right way about it.
This will come as a surprise to Jordan, who predicted his loan switch to completely flop after speaking to talkSPORT in August.

“We saw Raheem Sterling go to Arsenal. Nothing. Jason Sancho to Chelsea, not much. Grealish doesn’t seem like a Moysey player in any shape or form,” Jordan said.
“I think it has jeopardy written all over it – I feel as though it’s a deal that could benefit neither one of them (City or Everton).”
Sam Allardyce rubbished Jordan’s Grealish claim, and the former Toffees boss clearly knows Moyes is capable of bringing the best out of players.
To make matters worse for the controversial pundit, he said Grealish had never been a ‘£100 million’ player, and although that might be true, he could still join Everton for a sizable fee next summer.
Everton could get a bargain with Jack Grealish for £50 million
The early performances from the on-loan City star have shown that the Blues have serious threat from their left hand side.
His quality has shined through, and with Everton realistically aiming for a top half finish, they’ve got a Champions League-level player in their squad.
There is a buy option in his contract with Grealish potentially joining Everton for £50 million, which will leave Jordan looking even more silly.
The Evertonians have already taken to the winger, and his numbers so far emulate that of a £50 million star.

Everton could land themselves a bargain if the Englishman keeps up this remarkable form, and the fact this deal was called a ‘jeopardy’ couldn’t be further from the truth at the moment.
