[Leeds United](https://essential.football/team/leeds/) finished top of the Championship last season and arguably came up with the strongest squad of the three teams. Their spending has been canny – bringing in defenders like Jaka Bijol and a quality goalkeeper in Lucas Perri should iron out their issues at the back.
With bonus additions like Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Lukas Nmecha, both of whom they signed for free, one has to believe that the Whites are in good stead to stay up. The highlight of their window has to be Anton Stach, who is looking like a real midfield general at Elland Road.
