Bryan Mbeumo and Benjamin Sesko complement each other brilliantly at Manchester United but they have not yet had enough time to gel.
After an impressive start to life at Manchester United, Bryan Mbeumo was named Player of the Month for August.
The £65m summer signing has made a big impact already this season, and he is expected to form one third of a new attacking line-up at Old Trafford.
In contrast, Benjamin Sesko has endured a slow start to his United career, with Ruben Amorim choosing to slowly integrate him into the side because of his broken pre-season preparation.
However, Sesko has shown glimpses of brilliance at United, including a jaw-dropping leap late on against Burnley. The 22-year-old has shown what he is capable of, and Bryan Mbeumo will be key to unlocking his potential.

Bryan Mbeumo stats prove Benjamin Sesko partnership will work
Sesko stands at 6ft 5in and has incredible jumping ability, making him a huge physical threat up front for the Red Devils.
United scouts admired Sesko’s physicality, but it is up to Amorim and his players to get the most out of the towering Slovenian.
After completing his move from RB Leipzig, Sesko explained he thrives from crosses, which has not particularly been United’s biggest strength in recent seasons.

But Mbeumo’s crossing is at an elite level, and the stats are already proving it. As per the Premier League, Mbeumo has already completed more crosses than any other United player this season.
Mbeumo has already completed three crosses from open play, and he also tops United’s charts for expected assists (xA) with 1.02. That also ranks him top four in the entire Premier League.
The quality of delivery is already there, now Amorim just needs to make sure Mbeumo and Sesko get time together on the pitch so that the Slovenian can convert those crosses.
Benjamin Sesko is getting up to speed at Man United
Amorim has been impressed by Sesko after his arrival this summer, describing him as a character who always wants to learn more.
So far, his only start has come in the Carabao Cup clash against Grimsby Town, with Matheus Cunha starting up front for United as the Slovenian builds up to full fitness.
But Sesko’s incredible display for Slovenia over the international break suggests he is hitting form at the right time to return to England and impress.

Mbeumo also impressed for Cameroon, so hopefully both of United’s star forwards return to Carrington full of confidence.
With Manchester City and Chelsea up next for United in the Premier League, both Mbeumo and Sesko will have to be at their top level to pick up six points.
