Baker Mayfield’s wife, Emily, had nothing but appreciation for her husband’s trip-fit when his team traveled to Atlanta to meet the Falcons. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ official Instagram account shared a number of pictures of their players boarding the plane to their Week 1 matchup, and Emily could not help but share her husband’s picture with a cute caption.
The Buccaneers’ starting quarterback wore an off-white and gray striped co-ord set with shades, a black duffle bag, and a mandatory Stanley Cup. Mayfield’s wife, whom the quarterback married in 2019, commented on her husband’s picture with an adorable statement.

Baker Mayfield and the Bucs managed to win against the Atlanta Falcons in the season-opening game with a final 23-20. While Mayfield managed a solo score, rookie wide receiver Emeka Egbuka stole the show with a pair of touchdowns.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will soon lock horns with the Houston Texans for the second week of the NFL season. The Buccaneers have kicked off their season on a stellar note with their win against the Falcons and before that won two games out of three preseason matchups.

On another note, Baker Mayfield and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be meeting the Houston Texans in the Week 2 matchup. While the Buccaneers managed to win their first matchup, the Texans were not too lucky and lost to the Los Angeles Rams in their season opener. The Texans lost the game with a final 14-9, with quarterback C.J. Stroud completing 19 passes out of 27 attempts with a solo interception.

After the matchup with the Houston Texans, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be on their way to meet the New York Jets in the second week of their 2025 NFL season. The Buccaneers are all out to somehow get to the Super Bowl this time out, after only managing to make it to the Wild Card Round in the previous campaign.
The Bucs are definitely among the several underrated teams this season and are actually in a pretty good spot to get to the Lombardi Trophy. If Mayfield continues his performance from the Week 1 matchup, the team will definitely be seen in the postseason next year.
