NFL (and I guess NCAA?) football season has begun, and I understand that is something very important for some of you. I hope your teams are all meeting your dreams (though I know many of you are Jets fans) and your players’ visible concussions are kept to a minimum. Also hope the officiating is better than in, say, the other “football,” but my Twitter feed tells me that’s highly unlikely.
Anyway, the beginning of Repeat First Down season means the NHL is around the corner, too. We aren’t there yet, but we’re getting closer.
