Everton have always produced talented players from their Finch Farm academy.
Wayne Rooney, Leon Osman, and most recently Jarrad Branthwaite are notable examples, as they all plied their trade at youth level for Everton.
Interestingly, Branthwaite is actually the most valuable player at the club, according to the latest figures from CIES Football Observatory.
The Friedkin Group have been investing heavily in the academy over the last few months, so they’ll be hopeful of another Branthwaite coming along.
And, with that said, here is the next Toffees youngster ready to break through to David Moyes’ first team this season.

The Everton youngster set to break into first team this season
Everton have a number of promising youngsters tipped to become first-team regulars for Everton in the future.

However, it’s Justin Clarke who could genuinely break into Moyes’ squad this season after a sensational start with the under-21s.

Clarke has already netted three goals for the reserves this term, including a belter in the Vertu Trophy against senior opposition in the form of Doncaster Rovers.
The 16-year-old wide player featured with Moyes’ group in pre-season, and supporters were blown away by his pace and dribbling ability.
Clarke can operate on the right and left wing, which makes him a versatile option for Moyes to utilise when necessary.
It’s only a matter of time before the former Wimbledon wonderkid makes his competitive debut for the Toffees.
Braiden Graham could also make Everton debut this season
As well as Clarke, teenage striker Braiden Graham is also knocking on the door as he continues to impress playing years above his age group.
The 17-year-old is prolific with the under-21s and could get some minutes in cup competitions this year, with Beto and Thierno Barry the only senior strikers at the club.
Graham’s former manager is convinced he will play for Northern Ireland and lead the line for his country for years to come.
“I have no doubt that in four or five years’ time when I’m coming to watch Northern Ireland that, hopefully, Braiden is leading the line – that’s how highly I rate him,” David Healy said in April 2024.
So, there are plenty of reasons for Everton fans to be excited about the youngsters coming through at Finch Farm.
