Colorado Springs restaurants see spike in crowds as Broncos season is underway

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - It’s not just fans in Denver celebrating the Bronco win on Sunday.

Several bars in the Springs hosted fans and are expecting a boom in business during football season, especially whenever Denver plays.

“As we’re nearing the fall season and we’re getting the football games underway, we’re gonna expect more people coming in, we got some exciting plans as far as what we can do for fans,” Timothy Navarro, a manager at Phantom Canyon Brewing Company in Colorado Springs.

One fan said they are hoping the rest of the season feels as good as Sunday’s win against the Tennessee Titans.

“They’re gonna take this home,” Viewhouse visitor Han Worthwealth said, “They better keep this winning up, so I can keep drinking.”

The Broncos have their next game against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday at 2 p.m.
