Ravens Star Takes Responsibility For Loss To Bills

There was a lot of anticipation leading up to the Sunday Night Football battle between the Baltimore Ravens and Buffalo Bills, and these teams delivered a great game.

Both teams played well throughout, and at one point, it looked like the Ravens were going to run away with it.

They held a commanding lead with 8:37 left in the game, but the Bills pulled off some magic to come away with the much-needed win.

There are just a few moments the Ravens could look back on as game-changing moments that led to their loss, which include a Derrick Henry fumble in the fourth quarter.

The Ravens were still up eight points with three minutes to go, but Henry fumbled in the Bills’ territory, giving them great field position.

While Henry had a fantastic game besides this moment, rushing for over 160 yards and two touchdowns, he acknowledged that this was a big mistake, and he owned up to it during a postgame presser.

“First of all, I gotta take care of the ball. I told my teammates after the game to put the loss on me. I own it like a man. As far as the offense, we just gotta execute and we didn’t do as well at the end, so we just gotta look at the film and correct it,” Henry said.

Henry noted that he was the first to mention to his teammates that this was his fault, that he felt a lot of responsibility for the outcome of this game.

He also pointed out that he and the rest of the offense couldn’t get it done after this, which also led to the Bills taking control of the game when it mattered most.

It will be interesting to see how the Ravens bounce back from this, as they’re now starting the season at a 0-1 deficit.
