The Premier League has named a star-studded list of football legends on its latest Hall of Fame shortlist.

The 15 nominees, who have 1,098 Premier League goals between them, will be subject to a public vote to see which two will be formally inducted at a ceremony in November.

Iconic defenders Gary Neville and Nemanja Vidic are both named, as is goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar, winner of the 2008-09 Golden Glove, among other accolades.

Legendary Belgian winger Eden Hazard flies the flag for Chelsea alongside the talismanic central midfielder Cesc Fabregas, while Sol Campbell leads the Arsenal contingent.

The Premier League Hall of Fame was founded in 2021, and currently features the likes of Alan Shearer, Thierry Henry, Eric Cantona, and Frank Lampard among its 22 members, while Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger are the only managers represented.

Public voting is open for supporters to decide which players they want to see formally inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Voting closes at noon on Monday, September 15, 2025. Supporters can cast their votes via the official Premier League website.
