Two former Chelsea players could be about to be rewarded for their success in the Premier League.
Chelsea have won the Premier League title five times in their history, with their last coming back in 2017.
The likes of Eden Hazard, Diego Costa, Cesc Fabregas and Cesar Azpilicueta all contributed to that triumph, which was overseen by Antonio Conte.
Chelsea signed Azpilicueta just over 13 years ago, and the Spaniard had an amazing Premier League career. But it is two of his former teammates who are up for nomination.

Eden Hazard and Cesc Fabregas nominated for Premier League hall of fame
Azpilicueta, Hazard and Fabregas also won the 2015 Premier League title during Jose Mourinho’s second spell at Stamford Bridge, so all three players really do have a great legacy in English football.
When it comes to Hazard and Fabregas, the Premier League could be about to recognise that.
Both players are nominees to be included in the division’s Hall of Fame following their success at Chelsea.

Fabregas, of course, also had a successful career at Chelsea’s London rivals Arsenal, making over 300 appearances there in all competitions.
The Spaniard is now manager at Serie A side Como, where he is doing an excellent job. Fabregas led them to safety last season and comfortably, guiding his side to a 10th-place finish.
Fabregas discussed his old club Chelsea during the summer, impressed with their Conference League triumph.

Eden Hazard’s and Cesc Fabregas’ Premier League records
In England, Hazard and Fabregas enjoyed success individually and collectively, and the numbers back it up.
To go with their Premier League medals, they also racked up plenty of appearances, goals and assists. Fabregas was probably better deeper, but the World Cup winner was still able to make a huge impact in the final third like Hazard.
Player Appearances Goals Assists
Eden Hazard 245 85 54
Cesc Fabregas 350 50 111
Chelsea have good attackers and midfielders at present, such as Cole Palmer and Moises Caicedo. They now need to replicate Hazard and Fabregas and deliver the Blues another league title.
