The New York Knicks have one singular goal for the 2025-26 season: to reach and win the NBA Finals.
Due to a few reasons, they have a good chance of making that happen, and the fans believe in them.
Speaking to those fans in New York, Jamal Crawford asked if they thought a fight for the title was possible.
The loud and loyal fanbase said yes, and Crawford agreed with them.
“Do y’all really believe that the Knicks will be in the Finals this year? Yeah, I believe it,” Crawford said.

Crawford asked this question just feet away from Jalen Brunson, the Knicks’ biggest star.
He also has a history with the team and played for them for five years, averaging 17.6 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 4.4 assists during that time.
But that isn’t why Crawford thinks the team can go all the way in the new season.
He believes that because the roster has been getting steadily better over the last few years, and they came close to reaching their goal last season.
And in the year ahead, the Knicks will have even less competition in the East because Jayson Tatum and Tyrese Haliburton are out, and the Milwaukee Bucks are going through some big changes.
If there is any time for the Knicks to capitalize and fight all the way to the Finals, it is now.
But nothing is guaranteed, and there is a chance that multiple squads in their conference will prove more competitive than predicted.
It won’t be a cakewalk for this team, and they will have to fight hard throughout the season.
However, they have the faith of their stars, their fans, and their former players.
A lot of people feel that this could be the biggest season in Knicks history.
