WHAT HAPPENED?

According to The Sun, the HMRC has ordered Zinchenko to settle a tax bill worth £300,000. The details of the tax amount emerged after the Gunners loanee put his Alex Zinchenko Image Rights firm into voluntary liquidation. HMRC had approached the High Court to shut down the firm. Zinchenko was the only stakeholder in the company until Ukraine FA official Artemijs Rjabovs took over and renamed it Ozir Ltd.

Forest were forced to leave Zinchenko and record summer signing Omari Hutchinson out of their 2025-26 Europa League squad due to UEFA’s homegrown quota rules.
