Micah Parsons provided just a small glimpse of the kind of havoc he could unleash on the field as part of the Green Bay Packers’ defense last Sunday, when they beat the reigning NFC North division champions, the Detroit Lions, at Lambeau Field to the tune of a 27-13 score.
Parsons, who did not operate at 100 percent due to a back injury in the Lions game, still came away with a sack.
Traded by the Cowboys to the Packers after a long contract standoff, Parsons is seemingly happy with the team he landed on. On Monday, a day afterhelping Green Bay take care of business at home against the Lions, Parsonsshared a post on Instagram to celebrate the win.
“God Did!1️⃣ #uno,”the four-time Pro Bowl pass rusher wrote.
Several personalities and many more fans reacted to Parsons’ post, including the likes of Packers players Jordan Love and Jayden Reed. Even Dallas Mavericks star big man Anthony Davis left a comment.
“LFG!!!” Davis wrote.

Davis and Parsons play different sports, but they have something in common; they have both been involved in two ground-shaking trades in sports history — and both took place in the same year.
Davis was part of the blockbuster trade that stunned the sports realm, as the Los Angeles Lakers sent him to the Mavericks as part of a package that landed the Purple & Gold Slovenian superstar Luka Doncic.
Parsons, of course, was traded by the Dallas Cowboys to the Packers just under two weeks before the start of the 2025 NFL season in exchange for defensive tackle Kenny Clark and two first-round picks in the future.
