The Nigeria goalkeeper impressed in a 0-0 draw with Aston Villa having moved from Paris FC this summer.
Albion kept just one clean sheet in the final 18 games last season across all competitions and none in the last six.
They were reprieved by their crossbar on two occasions but Nnadozie was not forced into any really tough saves.
Where she impressed was on crosses, with ball at her feet and with a generally commanding presence.
Albion boss Dario Vidosic said: “We wanted a keeper with that presence, who commands her box.
“She also plays with a high line so she gives us that protection behind, especially against teams like Aston Villa who like to attack the deep a lot.
“She gives us that little bit extra which helps us keep a high line.
“With corners, she is comfortable to come for everything.
“She was really good in those moments and, with her feet, she gives you that outlet where she can clear over halfway.”
Albion were happy to let Nnadozie patrol big areas behind the defence but believe her understanding with the new defence can only get better.
Vidosic said: “She is another one who joined us a little bit later because of WAFCON.
“We gave her a little bit of a break after the tournament.
“She is learning a lot. She is learning different triggers, depending on the opponent, how we like to build up.
“I think everything she had to do, she did it really well.
“She wasn’t really called up into any massive saves so that is credit to the players in front of her.
“But every time she was there she gave us good control with her feet, gave us a calmness.”
Albion face Manchester City on Friday.
