Leeds United manager Daniel Farke will be looking forward to seeing his full squad in the next 24 hours as he prepares for the Fulham game this Saturday. While he has not only had a few injury headaches, some of the Whites’ stars are returning with bruised egos following poor performances for their national team.

Farke has worries around the fitness of a few players, especially in the middle of the park. Ethan Ampadu and Ao Tanaka are returning from knee injuries they picked up before the break, and Ao Tanaka played with an injury in Bulgaria’s 3-0 defeat to Georgia.
However, a few players, such as Jaka Bijol and Gabriel Gumdundsson, have had poor performances for their respective national teams, and after Tuesday night, Dan James has joined that list of bruised egos.

Y Clwb Pel Droed rated his display a 5/10, noting that while his blistering pace was evident, it failed to translate into any real impact on the game.
“Another player who failed to impress for Wales, struggling to make a major impact on the game, despite his pace, as ever being difficult for any opponent he faces”, the Welsh outlet wrote.
Fark needs James to pick up form soon
James was one of the most important players for Leeds last season as he helped the team get promoted to the Premier League.
The Welshman was rewarded with a new contract, but his performances at the start of the season have been poor for both club and country.
Leeds failed to add more forwards to their attack towards the end of the season, and James is going to be important if they are to survive in the Premier League.
It remains to be seen whether the Welshman starts against Fulham, but regardless, Farke needs his experienced winger to step up to the plate soon.
