Nick Woltemade is not the only interesting figure to be spotted at the Newcastle United training ground this week.
While a lot of his squad have been on international duty, Eddie Howe has been working closely with the Newcastle United players who were not chosen to represent their countries.
Nick Woltemade has been away with Germany, starting both games but failing to find the net. With his international commitments now over, he has been able to link up with the Newcastle United squad for the first time since his £69million arrival.
Newcastle’s most expensive signing will hope to make his debut against Wolves on Saturday, while Joelinton will hope to make his return from injury.

Joelinton spotted at the Newcastle United training ground
Before Newcastle’s 0-0 draw with Leeds, Eddie Howe said Joelinton would return after the international break after suffering an injury against Liverpool.
That looks like it could be the case, with the 29-year-old spotted at the Newcastle United training ground as part of the club’s official update on Tuesday.
The Newcastle players have been videoed welcoming Woltemade to training, with Joelinton spotted in the background.
There is no footage of the Brazilian midfielder actually taking part in the session, but the fact he is there on the grass is certainly encouraging ahead of a busy run of fixtures.

Will Joelinton start for Newcastle United against Wolves?
Newcastle are without a win this season, and will attempt to change that on Saturday when Wolves arrive at St James’ Park.
If Joelinton has returned to full training then he will be pushing for a place in Eddie Howe’s starting XI. Whether or not that is the case remains to be seen, and Toon fans might have to wait until the Newcastle United manager speaks to the media on Friday to find out.
Regardless, Howe could be minded to save the £40million man for the Magpies’ next game. Five days after the Premier League clash with Wolves, Newcastle’s Champions League campaign kicks off at home to Barcelona.
It is absolutely vital that Joelinton starts that game, so perhaps he will be kept on the bench against Wolves even if he is deemed fit enough.
