Look: Ladd McConkey’s Wife Sydney Flaunts Fit Physique In Latest Workout Photo

Ladd McConkey, wide receiver for the Los Angeles Chargers, is blessed to have a wife who shares his passion for athleticism. While the wide-out is stunning out in the field, his wife, Sydney, whom he married back in April, seems to be pushing limits in the gym. Sydney recently shared a picture after her gym session, which reflects her life goals.

While Sydney is continuing to impress in the gym, her husband, Ladd McConkey, will continue to train for his second season with the Los Angeles Chargers. The wide receiver had a phenomenal Week 1 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs over the weekend, when his team won with a final 27-21 score.

In the season-opening game against the Kansas City Chiefs, Ladd McConkey could not score and only contributed six receptions for the team for 74 yards. The Chargers had starting quarterback, Justin Herbert, leading their offense with three touchdowns, while wide-out Quentin Johnson added another two touchdowns to the total.

While the Chargers are coming off an impressive win against the Kansas City Chiefs in Sao Paulo, the Las Vegas Raiders neatly destroy the New England Patriots in their season-opening game.

Ladd McConkey Defends QB Justin Hebert After Ryan Clark’s Comments

Ladd McConkey seems to have created a pretty strong bond with quarterback, Justin Herbert, in the Los Angeles Chargers team. After sports commentator, Ryan Clark, made startling claims that Herbert is not all that people show him to be, McConkey came to the quarterback’s defense after the win against the Chiefs in the season-opener.

“There’s people bashing him, talking about he can’t make plays in big games. Justin’s not somebody that’s going to go and say something to somebody… He’s going to let his play do the talking, and he did that.”Ladd McConkey said about Justin Herbert.

Ladd McConkey was not the only one who praised Justin Herbert for his performance in the season-opener. Clark himself could not help but lavish appreciation for the quarterback and his phenomenal plays. Clark tweeted from his X account that the quarterback “could not have played a better football game” and that he “delivered every single time”. Clark has been known for dropping major criticism on players and immediately eating his words soon after.
