The Utah Jazz had a disappointing season last year as they finished the season with a 17-65 record, the worst in the NBA.
Of course, Utah has missed the playoffs the last three seasons as they continue to go through a rebuild and they are looking to bounce back this season.
In the offseason, the Jazz did make some notable additions to their roster as they selected Ace Bailey, Will Riley and John Tonje in the 2025 draft and acquired Kevin Love, Georges Niang, Jusuf Nurkic and Kyle Anderson via trades.

Utah also lost some key players as they bought out Jordan Calrkson and traded John Collins and Collin Sexton.
With these moves, the Jazz are likely headed towards another tough season that could see them make more moves ahead of the trade deadline and if that is the case, these three players could be potential trade candidates.

Lauri Markkanen has been one of the lone bright spots over the past few seasons for the Jazz but he continues to be the subject of trade rumors.
With Utah stuck in a rebuild, moving the 28-year-old star forward could be a solid move as he should be able to land them a solid trade package of young players and draft capital.
Despite this, it has been reported that the Jazz have an extremely high asking price for the star forward and if they do not lower it, he may be stuck in Utah for another season.

The Jazz acquired Anderson from the Miami Heat in the trade that sent Collins to the Los Angeles Clippers and Norman Powell to the Heat.
The 31-year-old forward has been in trade rumors for most of the offseason and it is likely that he will draw interest from multiple contenders ahead of the trade deadline.
Because of this, it is likely that Utah will look to move him to add more young talent and draft capital to help with the rebuild.

Like Anderson, Love was also apart of the three-team trade this offseason that landed him in Utah.
With the veteran forward looking to join a title contender, there has been reports that the Jazz will buy out his contract ahead of the season, though they could also look to trade him.
Either way, Love is not expected to be with the Jazz this season as he looks to land with a title contender to finish out his last few seasons in the NBA.
With the Jazz stuck in a rebuild, it would not be a surprise to see them make multiple trades ahead of the deadline as they continue to ty and land more young talent and draft capital.
