Nottingham Forest manager Ange Postecoglou is already facing a defensive predicament for his debut game away to Arsenal at the Emirates in Saturday's early Premier League kickoff.
The former Tottenham Hotspur boss - who replaced the sacked Nuno Espirito Santo earlier this week - cannot call upon the services of deadline-day signing Oleksandr Zinchenko, who is unable to face his parent club.
To make matters worse, Ola Aina limped off with a suspected hamstring injury in Nigeria's recent clash with South Africa, although the severity of his problem is yet to be ascertained.
However, even a minor hamstring issue usually requires a two-week rest period, so Postecoglou may have no choice but to throw Nicolo Savona into the starting lineup at right-back, as Neco Williams reprises his role on the left.
New arrival Savona will be supported by stalwarts Murillo, Matz Sels and Nikola Milenkovic in defence, while it is not impossible to envisage Ryan Yates coming back into the engine room too.
Ibrahim Sangare did not cover himself in glory in the3-0 loss to West Ham Unitedbefore the break, and as Douglas Luiz has played little football over the past few months, a start might be out of the question for the Brazilian.
Yates will partner up with England international Elliot Anderson behind Morgan Gibbs-White, who could find himself working in tandem with James McAtee in the final third.
The ex-Manchester City man should be in contention to replace Dan Ndoye - as he did after 58 minutes against West Ham - but Callum Hudson-Odoi and Chris Wood's spots in the XI are surely safe.
Nottingham Forest possible starting lineup:
Sels; Savona, Milenkovic, Murillo, Williams; Anderson, Yates; McAtee, Gibbs-White, Hudson-Odoi; Wood
