Antonio Brown, former NFL wide receiver, who is known for his controversial posts, took a shot at Chicago Bears safety, Jonathan Owens recently. Brown shared a graphic of Owens’ NFL stats with his name replaced as “Simone Biles’ Husband”. Brown is perhaps calling out the fact that Owens’ wife, an Olympic gold medalist, is a lot more popular than him.

Owens has been playing for the Chicago Bears since the 2024 NFL season and the safety has clearly failed to impress much for the team. The safety managed 49 tackles in the previous season and will be hoping to bring better numbers for the team in this new season.
Owens’ team, the Chicago Bears, played against the Minnesota Vikings in their season opener and lost the game with a final score of 27-24. Chicago’s starting quarterback, Caleb Williams, managed a solo passing touchdown and one on the ground in the defeat. The Bears will be locking horns with the Detroit Lions in their second matchup of the season, and fans are eager to witness their first win of the new campaign.

The higher popularity of Simone Biles when compared to her husband, Jonathan Owens, has been pointed out by plenty other than Antonio Brown himself. However, the safety does not feel that way. In fact, Owens admitted in a conversation with reporters long back that he had no idea who Simone Biles was when he matched with her on Raya; something that fans could not believe.
Antonio Brown Calls Out Attack On Charlie Kirk
Meanwhile, Antonio Brown, a self-professed MAGA supporter, called out the attack on US President Donald Trump’s close ally, Charlie Kirk. Kirk was speaking with students at the Utah State University when he was shot by an unidentified person. Kirk was immediately taken to the Timpanagos Regional Hospital and many like Brown voiced their concern for his shooting.

Unfortunately, Charlie Kirk did not pull through and was declared dead soon after he was taken to the hospital. More and more have been reacting to Kirk’s passing and the hunt for the shooter is still going on with no actual results coming through.
