Manchester City are 13th in the Premier League table after a bumpy start to the 2025-26 season under former Barcelona and Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola.
Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville teamed up and the pair took on Ian Wright and Roy Keane in their predictions for the Premier League matches this weekend.
Neville and Carragher’s prediction for the Manchester derby was made from the mouth of the Liverpool legend, who put his foot down with a 3-1 scoreline for City.
“3-1 City,” Carragher said.
“You know what? I need to take him [Neville] out of this because he’s letting his [emotions take control]. 3-1 Man City.”
Neville was left bemused after being left out of the prediction and could be heard revealing his true feelings amid the discussion between Ian Wright and Roy Keane.
“I’ll take a draw now,” he said.
“I’ll take a draw.”
