The NFL season’s content machine thrashed with some epic gold when several stars were asked about their dream jobs outside football. Meanwhile, Josh Allen offered some diamonds. Nobody expected the Bills’ quarterback to go full David Attenborough on us.

While his peers threw out some respectable plan Bs like lawyer and chef, Allen dropped probably the most random career choice in sports interview history: professional bird watcher.
Allen’s own reaction was absolutely evil and funny while confessing the shocking plan, but reactions on social media were more hilarious than anyone could think.
Josh Allen Leaves Fans in Stitches With Bizarre Alternative Career Confession
In a recent short Q&A video shared by “Uninterrupted,” alongside some football stars, Allen was asked, “If you weren’t a football player, what would you be?”
Allen’s deadpan delivery of “If I wasn’t a football player, I’d be a professional bird watcher” was peak unintentional comedy.
The moment instantly became meme material. The camera operator knew exactly what they were doing, zooming in on Allen’s face while he was having an evil smile, and it was hilarious.
That pause, that smirk, that look that suggested the Bills’ signal-caller might have darker plans for the bird kingdom. It all combined into an internet diamond.
Then some NFL fans provide the rest of the entertainment. One fan wrote, “Nooo, that’s bird-stalking you’ve got in mind. 😭 I can see it all over your face. Don’t even think about it, Josh!”
A second fan noted, “A bird watcher, huh? We always knew you were a Phan! 😉💚”. This fan thinks it is a clever reference to the Philadelphia Eagles’ bird mascot.
A third wrote, “Bird watcher 💀” with the skull emoji perfectly capturing the collective shock at Allen’s career choice.
The beauty of Allen’s answer is it fits perfectly with his quirky personality. This is the same guy who once wore shorts in a blizzard and treats every press conference like a casual conversation with his buddies. Of course, he’d pick the most oddly specific backup career possible.
Josh Allen Named AFC Offensive Player of the Week

Interestingly, it marked his 16th time winning the elite status. In the fourth quarter alone, Allen threw for 251 yards, making him the first player in NFL history to record 250+ passing yards and 2+ rushing TDs in a single quarter.
Before the magnificent comeback on Sunday night, teams were 277–0 when scoring at least 40 points and rushing for 235+ yards in a game. There were only 12 minutes left to end the game, and they were down 40-26.Fans started to leave the stadium.
But Allen turned on his superhero mode and gifted the team a thrilling one-point win while winning his 16th Offensive Player of the Week award.
