Liverpool are reportedly already putting plans in place for next summer's transfer window - almost 12 months ahead of time. The Reds invested more than £400million in eight new signings this summer which has seen a significant overhaul of Arne Slot's squad.
Alexander Isak and Florian Wirtz are two of the notable new signings made by Liverpool this summer, each costing more than £100million with their respective transfer fees. Hugo Ekitike, Giorgi Mamardashvili, Jeremie Frimpong, Milos Kerkez, Giovanni Leoni, Armin Pecsi and Freddie Woodman are the other new signings made by the Reds this summer.
The next opportunity for Liverpool to strengthen their squad will be in the New Year when the January transfer window opens. However, reports are suggesting that the Reds already have plans in the works for next summer.
Caught Offside has reported that Bayern Munich star Michael Olise is a player of interest to Liverpool for next summer's transfer window. The Reds are also still reportedly interested in signing Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi, a former teammate of Olise's from his time at Selhurst Park.
The report claims that Liverpool view Olise as a "long-term replacement" for Mohamed Salah, whose contract runs until the summer of 2027.

Bayern have reportedly placed an £87million valuation on Olise, although it remains to be seen if that will change over the next 12 months. It's also uncertain what Liverpool would be prepared to pay to sign Olise next summer, if their reported interest still exists.
Olise joined Bayern from Palace in the summer of 2024 in a deal reported worth around €60million (£52million). The France international has since gone on to score 24 goals across 59 appearances for Bayern, which is already eight more than he managed across his three-year spell at Selhurst Park.
