Ex-Jets QB lands a new job

As the 2025 season begins, former NFL quarterback Mark Sanchez is launching a new project.

According to Ryan Glasspiegel of Front Office Sports, Sanchez is working with Fox Sports Digital called “Rearview.”

The name of the show may be a nod to the “Butt Fumble,” when Sanchez fumbling off of his own teammate in a 2012 game with the Jets against the New England Patriots.

According to Fox, “Rearview” will include “weekly interviews with your favorite players, straight from their cars.”

“There’s a respect, a mutual respect really, especially quarterback to quarterback, but also NFL player to NFL player,” Sanchez said, via Ralph Vacchiano of Fox Sports. “Understanding that person’s perspective and what they’re going through gives some of these players a chance to really open up and give you something they might not have told anybody else, just because they know I’ll be able to understand it.”

Over his eight-year NFL career, Sanchez also played for Philadelphia, Dallas and Washington. He became a game analyst for Fox Sports in 2021.
