PSG have continued to freshen up their defense, with Illia Zabarnyi arriving this past summer as part of their push to add youth at center-back. Still, one of their earlier targets could spark a battle in the transfer market.
In May,Foot Mercato reported that PSGhave been keeping tabs on Club Brugge defender Joel Ordoñez. Reports indicate that advisor Luis Campos and his recruitment staff have followed the Ecuadorian international closely, watching him on multiple occasions but stopping short of making an official bid.
The Belgian sideare said to be demanding between €25 million and €30 million for Ordoñez, and with Premier League clubs also circling, PSG may need to move quickly if they want to secure his signature.
