Guard Landry Shamet will return for his second season with the New York Knicks after agreeing to a one-year deal, multiple media outlets reported on Thursday.

Shamet, 28, a first-round pick of the Philadelphia 76ers in the 2018 draft, averaged 5.7 points and 1.2 rebounds in 50 games as a reserve with New York last season.

Along with the Sixers (2018-19), Shamet has played for the Los Angeles Clippers (2019-20), Brooklyn Nets (2020-21), Phoenix Suns (2021-23) and Washington Wizards (2023-24).
