The suspected shooter remains at large.Panthers football communications coordinator Charlie Rock reportedly posted a video of Kirk defending the Second Amendment and captioned it: “Why are y’all sad? Your man said it was worth it.”Rock also shared a screenshot of the Wu-Tang Clan song “Protect Ya Neck.”Kirk was shot in the neck during the attack.The Panthers distanced itself from the post, writing on X (formerly Twitter):“The views expressed by our employees are their own and do not represent those of the Carolina Panthers.
