THE [Cherries](http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/cherries/clubnews/) will play for the first time at the Vitality Stadium as a tier three side when they host Oxford United next month.

Interim boss Helen Bleazard’s side have made an excellent start to life in the National League Southern Premier Division, remaining unbeaten after three games.

They are one of three unbeaten sides so far this term, along with Lewes and Watford, while Oxford are in eighth having won one, drawn one and lost one.

Last season, the Cherries beat Swindon Town and Bristol Rovers at Dean Court, the latter sealing them the title and promotion to the third tier.

They will host Oxford at the stadium on Wednesday, October 29, kick off at 7.45pm, for their first game under the lights at the ground.
