There is a feeling of relief at Manchester United following the exit of one player.
It was a busy summer for Manchester United as they welcomed five new players and said goodbye to others who were deemed surplus to requirements under Ruben Amorim.
Ineos backed Amorim in the transfer market after the United head coach endured a turbulent first six months at the club. The Red Devils finished 15th in the Premier League after losing the Europa League final against Tottenham Hotspur.
Amorim told five players to stay away from the first-team at the start of pre-season, with the majority of them finding new clubs.
Alejandro Garnacho and Antony departed on permanent deals, while Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho left on loan. The only outcast that remains is Netherlands international Tyrell Malacia.
After a slow start to the new season, taking three points from as many league games, Amorim has made more changes to his team. The arrival of Senne Lammens on deadline day led to Andre Onana joining Trabzonspor on a temporary deal until the end of the season.

Man Utd stars happy to avoid Andre Onana problem
Onana has received a hero’s welcome at Trabzonspor.
After struggling between the sticks during his first two seasons at Old Trafford, Onana has been moved on as Amorim plans for a future with Lammens as his number one.
More United News
Onana made just one start for United this season before his departure. It came in the shock defeat to League Two outfit Grimsby Town in the Carabao Cup.
According to the Manchester Evening News, United players are relieved to have avoided the “nonsense” of a four-man goalkeeping department following Onana’s exit.
The report claims members of United’s first-team felt it would have been a “problem” if Onana had not secured a move following Lammens’ arrival from Royal Antwerp.
It is understood that Onana was keen to stay and fight for his place, but his mind started to change after the Carabao Cup round two defeat.
MEN reporter Samuel Luckhurst claims that sources say Onana felt forced out following the signing of Lammens, but it remains to be seen if the new goalkeeper will become an instant first-choice ahead of Altay Bayindir and Tom Heaton.
Big questions for Senne Lammens
Lammens faces a big step up as he joins United from Royal Antwerp.
It remains to be seen if Lammens will be handed his debut in the Manchester derby on Sunday, but Belgian journalist Axel Brisart has issued a warning that the pressure will on the 23-year-old.
Speaking to the Talk of the Devils podcast, Brisart warned that Lammens will face a new level of pressure at United.
“It’s a very big step, I think,” Brisart said.
I also think maybe even for Senne Lammens himself, it’s maybe even a question mark. I mean, it’s very difficult to simulate the amount of pressure he’ll be dealing with at Manchester United.
“I mean, of course, Antwerp is a big club in Belgium, but you can’t compare it, right?
“So to me, that’s the big question mark on how he will be dealing with this pressure, especially after the whole goalkeeper drama of the last couple of weeks.
“I mean, everybody will be looking at him if he’s going to start. So that’s a big question mark. I think he has the qualities, and he’s confident right now.
“But again, the big question mark is about how he will how will he deal with just the amount of pressure? That’s a big question mark.”
