CONTRACT renewals for Marcus Tavernier, James Hill and David Brooks is ‘very good news’ for the [Cherries](http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/cherries/clubnews/), Andoni Iraola said.

The trio signed new deals over the international break, all extending their stay in Dorset to 2029.

That followed Antoine Semenyo putting pen to paper on a new deal over the summer, after reported interest from other clubs in his signature.

Reflecting on the importance of those contract extensions, Iraola said: “Very good news for them, I suppose, personally, because they took this decision especially for us, for the club.

“I think we are very happy with the three of them. Four, if we include Antoine.

“I think they have all played all the games until today.

“So it means that they are very valuable for us and I think it's always good even for them, normally after having decisions that they had to make and they will be in a greater spot to continue doing what they are doing.”
