Moyes makes Grealish prediction after award

**David Moyes believes Jack Grealish’s impressive start to life at Everton is ‘just the start’.**

Grealish was crowned the Premier League’s Player of the Month for August after notching four assists in back-to-back starts at the outset of his loan spell.

The England international became the first player in the club’s history to have two or more goal involvements in consecutive modern top flight appearances.

Grealish’s star turn helped the Blues secure wins over Brighton and Wolves last month, the former their first competitive outing at Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Moyes admitted following the Molineux victory that he had been pleasantly surprised by the 30-year-old’s impact since making the move to Merseyside.

And the Everton manager was full of further praise for Grealish after Friday’s announcement on the eve of welcoming his boyhood club Aston Villa.

“I’m really pleased for him,” said Moyes.

“You’d have to say it’s a big privilege to be given that accolade and I’m pleased for him because everybody knows he’s back again.

“It’s nothing down to me, it’s down to Jack Grealish. He’s looked after himself and worked incredibly hard.

“He’s come back with the right mindset to produce and he has produced for us.

“He’s made a big difference. It’s just the start for Jack.”
