There were several changes pondered about, with reports constantly linking Savinho with an exit with Tottenham links, as Manchester City ultimately decided on keeping hold of the Brazilian.
Spurs are expected to return for Savinho in January, and should Manchester City decide to offload the winger, they could target one of their top targets from the summer window. Rodrygo Goes was mentioned as a big target in the final month of the window, but the player ultimately decided to continue with Real Madrid despite the interest from Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool.
