Ime Udoka Reveals Kevin Durant’s Mindset With Rockets

Throughout his career, Kevin Durant has been the most important player for multiple teams.

He’s now with the Houston Rockets, and knows he may get the most attention, but he doesn’t want to be the team’s sole focus.

Head coach Ime Udoka recently spoke about Durant’s mindset before his first year with the Rockets, and he obviously hopes just to fit in.

“He’s a guy that doesn’t want (us) to just lean on him…that’s his message to a lot of the young guys: Be who you are, continue to grow in those areas, and I’ll fit in where we see necessary,” Udoka said.

There is no doubt that Durant will be a central focus of the fans, analysts, media, and basically everyone who watches the Rockets.

Durant is one of the best players of all time, and he is looking to push his new team all the way to the NBA Finals.

His last two teams have been troubled and never delivered on all their great potential, and Durant is hoping to be a part of a team that can succeed when he is on the court or on the bench.

Luckily for him, the Rockets have been steadily growing over the last few years with their set of promising up-and-coming stars.

Durant knows that, and he wants those stars to keep growing and evolving.

He wants to help, and he’ll surely be a starter in every game, but he doesn’t want to mess up the great dynamic and chemistry that Houston has.

Durant doesn’t want the Rockets to become his team.

Instead, he just wants to be a part of it.
