THE [Cherries](http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/cherries/clubnews/) have had a good international break in training and they hope to continue their form from before the interval, despite the disruption it brings, Andoni Iraola said.
Bournemouth entered the break off the back of back-to-back 1-0 wins over Wolves and Spurs, with two strong performances.
Asked about how disruptive the break can be, and how they look to counteract that, Iraola told the Daily Echo that every team is in the same boat.
“Brighton could say the same, they are coming from beating City in an amazing game,” Iraola said.
“So probably they were also in a very, very high and now it's disrupting. We knew before that the international break was coming, now I think all the teams we are saying, okay between the international breaks, we have now four games.
“Let's try to focus in these four games. Before there were three games and we are doing our plans for this like small stages of the season.
“It is what it is, obviously. For the ones that have stayed here, I think it has been a good two weeks.
“We've trained but they've also had time to relax and recover a little bit. For the other ones I think it's more difficult but it's something that Brighton will have also.
“We'll have tight players, probably they will have tight players and we'll see in the moment we have to do the team selection, the changes, the subs.
“I think things to consider but it will be the same for both teams.”
