Manchester City loanee Jack Grealish has done something at Everton that he never managed to do in his four years at the Etihad.
Jack Grealish joined Manchester City to much fanfare back in 2021 as he became the Premier League’s first £100million player.
But while Grealish has achieved a lot in his time at City, he fell out of favour with Pep Guardiola last season.
This culminated in a loan move to Everton over the summer, where he has hit the ground running, and then some.

Jack Grealish wins Premier League Player of the Month award for the first time
Indeed, Grealish has done so well in his first month at Everton that he has been named the Premier League Player of the Month for August.
More Man City News
Grealish has registered four assists from two league starts, helping Everton beat Brighton & Hove Albion and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The Man City loanee has two assists more than any other Premier League player three games into the new campaign.
Grealish topped an eight-man shortlist after a public vote combined with those of a panel of football experts.
Surprisingly, Grealish had never won a Premier League Player of the Month award before, either with Man City or with boyhood club Aston Villa.

Why Jack Grealish success is a win for all parties
Grealish will always be remembered fondly for his efforts in City’s incredible run of success between 2022 and 2024, in particular the wonderful Treble of 2022/23.
And though things haven’t worked out for him at City in the end, it’s great to see him flourish at Everton, and hopefully he will keep it up throughout the season.
Grealish’s loan move to Everton is a case of all parties benefiting.
The better Grealish does over the course of the season, the more likely Everton are to take up their £50million option to sign him from City.
In addition, the Toffees would get themselves a wonderful player on a permanent basis, and Grealish himself gets to enjoy his football long-term again.
