The Premier League returns on Saturday with Arsenal hosting Nottingham Forest.
The Gunners will face a Forest side under the guidance of ex-Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou, who succeeded Nuno Esperito Santo this week.
Mikel Arteta’s side have started the season relatively strongly, although a narrow 1-0 defeat against reigning champions Liverpool last time out will have been a bitter disappointment.
Ahead of the game at The Emirates, it appears that the Gunners are set to be handed two huge boosts.
According to CaughtOffside, both Bukayo Saka and William Saliba are set to stay put in north London.

The pair are both hugely important to Arteta’s side, and both Saka and Saliba are currently in talks over new contracts, the report says.
It is claimed that the duo will ‘100% stay put’ at Arsenal, despite apparent interest in centre-back Saliba from Spanish giants Real Madrid.
The French defender initially joined Arsenal from St-Etienne back in 2019 but didn’t make his debut for the club until 2022, having had loan spells in France with St-Etienne, Nice and Marseille.
In total he has played 137 times for the London side across all competitions, forming a strong partnership with Brazilian Gabriel.
Saka, meanwhile, is a product of Arsenal’s youth system and has already played more than 260 times for the club at the age of just 24.
He has scored 71 goals and provided the exact same number of assists across all competitions, establishing himself as one of the finest players in the top flight, as well as a regular for England.
Both Saka and Saliba are set to be out of contract in 2027, but the report suggests that the two players are set to stay at The Emirates and will not be leaving any time soon, which will be a welcome boost for Arteta.
