Andrée Jeglertz’s second assignment as our head coach was hosting the Seagulls at the Joie Stadium after suffering a narrow 2-1 defeat to reigning the champions, Chelsea, last week.
The last time we met Brighton was in March of last season where we came out victorious with a 2-1 win away at the Broadfield Stadium.
However, Dario Vidosic’s side finished only one place behind us in 2024/25 at the end of the WSL term and drew 0-0 with Aston Villa on the opening day of the current campaign.
The match against Brighton proved to be a tough battle and both sides were hungry to come up on top - so, who came out victorious?
