Arsenal are taking on Nottingham Forest at the Emirates Stadium.

Fans have been reacting on social media after tuning in to watch Arsenal vs Nottingham Forest on TNT Sports.

After the latest international break came to a close, domestic football returned to centre stage.

On Saturday afternoon, Arsenal kicked off the Premier League weekend as they welcomed Forest to the Emirates Stadium.

The Gunners are looking to climb to the top of the table before Chelsea play on Saturday night and Liverpool take on Burnley on Sunday afternoon.

As is often the case for the 12:30pm kick off, the match was broadcast live on TNT Sports.

However, during the first half of the contest, fans were left unimpressed with the quality of the image.

Manchester United fan and YouTuber Mark Goldbridge wrote: "Why is this BT coverage in 720p? My subscription says HD."

Another fan tweeted: "Why is @footballontnt the Arsenal game in 720p? The white balance is off too. Awful quality."

A third fan added: "Why is the image so overexposed?!? TNT sort it out pls."

Someone else wrote: "Even TNT Ultimate doesn't seem like its 4k."

SPORTbible has contacted TNT Sports for comment.

With 32 minutes on the clock, Mikel Arteta's men scored the opening goal after a stunning volley from summer signing Martin Zubimendi.

After a cross with headed out, the ball fell perfectly into the path of Zubimendi, who lashed in a brilliant volley from the edge of the area.

Speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live, former Wales defender Danny Gabbidon said: "That's an absolutely ridiculous strike from Martin Zubimendi. They have been knocking on the door Arsenal. A real moment of quality."

Meanwhile, ex-England star Steph Houghton hinted that the strike took a little deflection off Murillo.

She said: "When you're in that position you have to try throw your body at it and Murillo does that, but it takes it away from Matz Sels."
