Unai Emery has named his Aston Villa starting XI to face Everton in the Premier League this afternoon.

He has made four changes from the team that lost 3-0 at home to Crystal Palace before the September international break.

Emi Martínez returns to the starting lineup and will play behind a defence of Matty Cash, Ezri Konsa, Tyrone Mings, and Lucas Digne.

In midfield, Lamare Bogarde and Youri Tielemans will operate in the double pivot, while John McGinn, Emi Buendia, and Morgan Rogers support striker Ollie Watkins.

This will be only the second Premier League match played at Everton’s new 52,000-seater home, following their 2-0 victory over Brighton last month.

Either side of that that win, Everton have suffered a 1-0 defeat away to Leeds United, but beat Wolves 3-2 before the September international break.

Villa starting XI: Martinez, Cash, Konsa, Mings, Digne, Bogarde, Tielemans, McGinn, Buendia, Rogers, Watkins.

Subs: Bizot, Proctor, Maatsen, Elliott, Lindelof, Sancho, Torres, Malen, Guessand.

Everton starting XI: Pickford, O'Brien, Tarkowski, Keane, Garner, Gana, Iroegbunam, Ndiaye, Dewsbury-Hall, Grealish, Beto.

Subs: Travers, Patterson, McNeil, Barry, Dibling, Coleman, Alcaraz, Rohl, Aznou.
