BEREA, Ohio -- The Cleveland Browns finally had their top projected running back on the practice field on Thursday in Quinshon Judkins. Judkins was a full participant in practices on both Thursday and Friday.
The question was whether or not is will he suit up and make his NFL debut against the Ravens on Sunday.
The question has been answered as the Browns activated Judkins on Saturday without an injury designation.
To make room on the roster, the Browns released wide receiver Gage Larvadain who is expected to return to the practice squad, if he clears waivers. Larvadain was an undrafted free agent from South Carolina, who made the roster.
Judkins was officially listed as 'questionable' on the game status report, even though his status is not injury related.
Judkins feels he's ready to go, if called upon, even after just two practices.
"I feel good," Judkins said after Friday's practice. "Like I said, I'm in the playbook, knowing everything I need to know in case. As a competitor, as a player, you want to do your best.
"If I have to play, I'm going to give it my all."
Judkins did not want to talk about the possible suspension from the NFL, but rather what he can control now being back with the Browns.
Kevin Stefanski said the coaching staff will 'work through' the decision whether Judkins plays or not.
"We'll work through that over the next 24 hours," Stefanski said. "We need to get through the next 24 hours, but obviously, he's a player that we think highly of."
Stefanski said Judkins has picked up the offense quickly after being here in the offseason and expects him to be mentally ready to go, sooner than later.
"He was with us all spring," Stefanski said. "He's a smart kid."
Offensive coordinator Tommy Rees was asked about Judkins on Thursday.
