The controversy began during Ravens’ narrow 41-40 loss to Bills. A Bills fan leaned over the railing and struck DeAndre Hopkins’ helmet, then reached for Jackson after the QB’s 29-yard touchdown pass to Hopkins in the third quarter. Jackson immediately shoved the fan backward, sending him tumbling before stadium security intervened.

Fans were quick to notice that the Ravens fans’ attack looked staged. Social media users immediately questioned the authenticity of the incident and called out the suspicious timing of the videos.

NFL Declines to Throw a Flag on Lamar Jackson’s Push
