Rasmus Hojlund expressed his delight at joining Napoli after scoring his first goal since leaving Manchester United.
Hojlund left United on transfer deadline day to join Napoli on a loan deal until the end of the season, which also includes an obligation to make the move permanent next summer. Certain conditions will need to be activated for the Serie A champions to be obligated to pay the €44million (£38million) transfer fee to United next summer.
United have already received €6million (£5.2m) from Napoli for the loan fee for Hojlund's transfer. The striker found the back of the net on Saturday night as the Italian outfit claimed a 3-1 win away at Fiorentina.
Former Manchester City star Kevin De Bruyne was also on the score sheet for Napoli from the penalty spot.
After scoring an important goal for Napoli, Hojlund explained why he was delighted to get on the score sheet for his new club after leaving Old Trafford.
"I'm very happy with the goal," Hojlund said in an interview with Sky Sports Italy.
"Today we won an important match, and I'm really glad I scored and to be part of this incredible team."
Hojlund's next task will be trying to score in the Champions League for Napoli, with a league phase fixture against City next on the agenda on Thursday night.
"I think we just need to focus on the next match and keep sharp," said Hojlund.
"Everybody is going to play a lot of minutes, because we're in a lot of tournaments with a lot of games."
